Tom Reid has been working in the trades since 1995. He has extensive experience with both new construction and remodeling. Tom is currently guiding the company into super energy efficient forms of construction, something he is passionate about.  Tom is Performance Testing Comfort Systems (PTCS) Certified, Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Certified and is a verifier for Energy Star and Earth Advantage Building Programs.

Steven Todorov has been working in the trades since 1999 and is experienced in both residential and commercial construction. He worked as project manager for Skillful Means, a leader in strawbale construction, and with Berkeley Design Build on high-end craftsman-style remodeling.  Steven is a certified Photovoltaic (PV) installer and is certified by Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst Professional and Envelope  Professional.
